Ada B. Pozo is a partner in the law firm of Pozo Goldstein & Miranda, LLP. She is a former Judge for Miami-Dade County. She has presided over thousands of cases in the criminal, civil, and domestic violence divisions. Prior to being elected as a judge, Ms. Pozo was a partner at the law firm of Rev & Goldstein, P.A., a law firm that zealously represented individuals in immigration and criminal courts. She also served the people of Miami-Dade County as a trial attorney with the Miami-Dade County Public Defender's Office. Ms. Pozo prepared and litigated a high volume of felony and misdemeanor cases while serving as a Miami-Dade County Assistant Public Defender. Ms. Pozo litigated cases ranging from driving under the influence and cocaine possession to armed robbery, capital sexual battery, and murder. Ms. Pozo appeared on numerous television and radio programs as an expert legal analyst. Her experience as both a judge and a trial attorney makes her exceptionally qualified to fight for your rights.
