Of Counsel to New York Office

While attending Georgia State University's College of Law, Courtney had the opportunity to gain legal experience in both the private and government sectors. She was an intern with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel's Strategic Litigation Division, and also spent one of her summers with a boutique law firm in New York.

Prior to transitioning into her legal career, Courtney was a business development and project manager in Atlanta with the Georgia Department of Economic Development's Innovation & Technology Office, where she worked to relocate and expand local and international businesses in the bioscience and technology sectors. She also served as the primary contact for the Department's Georgia-Lorraine international economic development partnership.

Ms. Noce is "Of Counsel" to Pozo Goldstein & Miranda, LLP in the New York Immigration Attorneys office practicing Immigration and Nationality Law.

Courtney received her bachelor's degree in Business, with a focus in Finance and Marketing from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. While at McGill she also studied abroad in France, at the Institut Commercial de Nancy (ICN), and in Florence, Italy. After college, Courtney lived and worked in Florence. She is fluent in Italian and proficient in French.
